This Agreement pertains to the access and use of MINTAKA's website: [wearemintaka.com] (referred to as the "Website") and any other related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications associated with it. Failure to accept and adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned herein will result in the Client's prohibition from using the Website, and they must discontinue use immediately. In such a case, the relationship between the Client and MINTAKA will be terminated, except for the Client's obligation to pay for any services provided by MINTAKA.
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property Unless stated otherwise, the Website, its source code, databases, software, designs, content (including audio, video, and text), and trademarks or logos ("Marks") are the property of MINTAKA. In the event that any legal situation arises where MINTAKA could become the owner of a Project, MINTAKA assigns its entire interest in the Project to the Client. The Client warrants that any materials provided to MINTAKA during the design process do not infringe on any third party's rights. MINTAKA may share the Client's design work publicly unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Third-Party Fonts If a Project uses fonts not owned by MINTAKA that require a commercial license, the Client will be notified to purchase the necessary licenses from the font's rights-holder. The Client is responsible for purchasing these licenses.
